Not next season, but the season after: March 29th, 2020: East Regional NCAA - Madison Square Garden NY, NY. Led by Seniors Shaq Carter, Gene Omoruyi, Issa Thiam, and Peter Kiss, and Juniors Geo Baker, Mamadou Doucoure, and Myles Johnson, and sophomores Ron Harper Jr. and Montez Mathis, Rutgers takes care of unfinished business and punches it's ticket to the Final Four in front of a sold out scarlet crowd at MSG.

Can we have a winning overall record first?
Your sound reasoning is some how lost with fans that think the 2020 team will have comparable talent to the 1976 team that made it to the final four or even the 1991 team which is the last to get a NCAA bid.Wishful thinking is what keeps some Rutgers fans optimistic for the past 3 decades.

Hope you are right, Dave. I’ll buy top six in conference and NCAA bid.

No we can’t. I have a better question. Why the hell do you feel compelled to write stupid *** posts? The OP is excited about how we ended the season, is looking at the influx of talent coming in and making a projection as a fan. If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything!

Love your enthusiasm. Which Big Ten programs are we climbing over next year?

I’m just saying if we get put in the MSG region we are getting to the Sweet 16 and the crowd will be unlike anything we’ve seen in RU basketball.

If we’re even close to the bubble in 2 years that’s a simply phenomenal job by Steve.

I’m not sure you grasp how hard it is to get to a regional semifinal.
