This Nebraskan has now lived in Indiana for over 20 years, including your president's time as governor. He was a terrific chief executive and sure has done good things at Purdue. I am therefore surprised and a bit disappointed that he did not take a public, common sense stand on this issue.

Football is embedded into the Nebraska dna. I remember speaking with a former player back in April when Covid first broke out and he said that if Nebraska doesn’t have football in the fall, mayhem will break out. Today was a tough day for us but I’m damn proud we’re fighting for our right to play!
