As soon as Iowa gets some kind of momentum, they always give it up on the defensive end.

People saying Iowa’s NIL is bad. I pointed out that as bad as it is, it’s 3-4 times better than it was last year.

It’s an Iowa basketball problem/curse. Been that way through every staff since Davis.
That's why I said we don't get favors at home.... You know of some teams/coaches that get that charge call at home

Simply put, this is just an overall better team in every regard. Hawks can't stop them, won't out re-bound them, and aren't talented enough on offense to keep up. Every time we've had some kind of momentum, Illinois answers right back immediately. Bennett now has 4 fouls. I think we're witnessing the limits of this team, sadly.
Game set match, especially with BS on the bench with 4 fouls….at least I enjoyed the Bears win this weekend.
