Sam LaPorta - a great rookie campaign and could become an all-timer.

Antonio Johnson - rookie coming back from injury. Lots of Special Teams, mixed in at Safety. He an INT a few weeks ago.

Justin Tucker - missed one last weekend, but still a top kicker in the NFL.

Riley Patterson - another SWC kicker doing just fine.

Craig James - has played in two games for the Jets at CB.

C.J. Coldon Jr. - CB released from the Vikings' practice squad.

Miles McVay - got a few snaps in a couple of games. COMPLETELY transformed his body - this will be a redshirt season, I am sure. His Twitter indicates he is happy to keep grinding for Saban.

Paris Patterson - same as MM. Both playing interior OL in the SEC, so it is expected they will not come in and play right away.

Toriano Pride - seemed to have taken the CB spot after someone was injured, and started two games. Then missed a wide-open tackle that went 77 more yards. A frosh and little bro of an alum Clemson CB now in the NFL seems to have leapfrogged him in the depth chart.

Tyler Macon - backup QB for an HBC.

Jordan Slaughter - Illinois’ “sixth man” on the offensive line: played a season-most 24 snaps vs. #7 Penn State

Keith Randolf - Nice college career. Might end up as a non-drafted roster addition.

JoJo Hayden and Brandon Henderson - both Frost for U of I and likely redshirts.

I would have loved to see them in a bowl but i always knew the expectations were way too high coming off last seasons success. Walters and the secondary won them alot of games last year and BB isnt good enough to make up for what they lost.
