As for the letter. I am a cynical thinker. I wouldn't be shocked if she didn't write it at all and it is just a pr stunt by the white house to keep the left base focused with a fervent hate for Putin. They need their war and trying to sell war against commies to the left isn't easy.

I am also not that trusting nor respectful of the Russian application of jurisprudence.
