what would suggest to you that a coach could turn around an SEC program? because there are many prolific coaches that started out turning around smaller programs. i like gill. i think if someone could make the absolute worst program competitive then they could probably do something here.

It may just be a year too early for him to make the jump. If Buffalo has a winning record next year or maybe the next two years, he'll get a lot of looks. You have to understand, they S-U-C-K-E-D before he got there.

He inherited a winner and kept winning in a conference on par with the MAC. I understand he went to a BCS game and won it but we are not exactly in the running for a BCS game now or next year or the next or the next.
