Can't do anything about that, but if they play this way the rest of the season we might have something to build on.
This reminds me of Tyler Russel continuing to start over Dak. Mullen stuck to the upperclassmen even to his own detriment.
Considering all the issues we have had yes...I do think so. Maybe you should study the roster a little more. I don't know what team yall are watching but this team is not loaded with talent. The seniors have about 2 decent players. Juniors maybe 8. Saban couldnt get 8 wins out of this bunch
Mullen did not leave us with much talent. How many players were drafted last year outside of the first round? How many will be drafted this year and next? Jones and Emerson are both true freshmen getting lost in the secondary. I’m not sure Moorhead’s underachieving outside of giving too much slack to a graduate transfer that he talked into coming here.
Maybe you should study who we've played. We didn't have to have a super talented team to have won 5 at this point...but we did need to be well coached and motivated and we were neither. Now why don't you go in the kitchen and fix Joe a samich, I'm sure he'll be hungry after the game.
