The championship handbook doesn’t give a hard deadline. It only says that “all regional competition should ideally be completed not later than Monday.”

“should ideally”... That’s not the best language for clarity, but that’s what it says.

Appendix H gives guidelines for determining who advances under various stages of a regional that hasn’t finished. Under your scenario, where Friday and Saturday games are complete, the winner of Game 4 advances (the team who is 2-0). Generally speaking, it’s the best seeded team without a loss. It gets tricky if all you have left is the “if necessary” game and both remaining teams have a loss.
