high rated JuCo players come in to fix next years immediately needed line ( both sides and definitely linebackers) than trying to develope walkons for the future.

Watching the Iowa State game right now. Lots of JuCo on both sides of the ball. They look pretty good. We have a coaching staff..mainly the offensive line coach, that has trouble developing freshmen. Why not bring in some high JuCo recruits that have proven development and can step in and play?

An easier solution is to get a guy who can actually coach the offensive line.
