IC played it fairly conservatively. After the first two drives, JCA never threatened to score. I wouldn't read too much into this score. IC did what they needed to do to get the win.

JCA defense is among top units in the state. The offense is nowhere near that level yet. Shutout by PC, IC, and nearly shutout by DePaul and Fenwick.

Their defense and RB (#23) played great. Their QB was having success, just threw some bad INTs at unfortunate times when they were driving. Figure they’ll be a tough out in the playoffs

Byron has had (at a minimum) 10 bye weeks the last 3 years to prepare for Montini/IC. For either to have scored a point against Byron is a win in itself. With 11+ bye weeks this year, IC has no chance!
