YOU can wait until the cows come home. There are many on here I disagree with who rate a rational debate. You are not one of them. Every other poster you engage with shuts you down logically, only to have you claim over and over they have not addressed your point. Thick does not begin to describe it.

Now I'm sure you'll retort that I have "attacked the poster and not your point", and in this instance you will be correct. But I assure you it is not for lack of ammo, rather an absolute certainty you will just continue to do the same crap you do with virtually every post you make.

You & Rupert (are you the same?) make participating on this board more and more aggravating, and not because you have opinions on which we disagree, but because you seem either incapable or unwilling to engage with anything resembling logic.

I have actually broken in this reply one of the new standards I have set for myself to not get personally insulting to others, so I am feeling a little bad about it. (Here comes the, "but")...But I've ignored countless posts of yours on this board that have left me shaking my head, and just feel compelled to join in with others, including those with whom I usually disagree, in hopes something gets through to you, or perhaps gets through to others to just ignore your posts completely.

I didn't get personal. My comments to you were first, why is it a one way street with some of you? You can come on here and attack people personally for simply disagreeing with you. If you and others are going to dish it out, take it. Don't complain about it.

My next post was factual. Please show me were it wasn't. And it damn sure was not personally attacking you in fact I stated you seem to be more knowledgable than others.. So here it is again:

You seem to be more knowledgeable then others. You even suggested that despite the issues Moorhead faced, we had what it took to be better.

List it. Step up, back up your argument and tell us how he over comes:
- Roster issues from Mullen
- 70 starts from the OL and 1 guy have 25 of those (not a veteran line) that is thin to the point, we rotated a guy between DL on OL (Roster issues)
- Control QB injuries (yes Shrader will be having foot surgery)
- Losses of 60+% of the last years tackles
- Lost 55% of the offensive production
- what is in effect 2 starters returning on the defense

Come on. Tell us since you know he could have done better.... tell us. Tell us how he gets us experience. How does he get 2 true freshman CBs to not make mistakes. Hell Bama couldn't even over come the attrition yet you think with our roster we should have?

You are so predictable it's funny. I'm out. Not worth the aggravation.

Sorry you are having the disconnect. AGAIN...this feels worse because we were headed up....had built our program into a very good SEC football program...had tremendous momentum at a time when our rival was way down...then we hired Moorehead, watched him dismantle our program in unimaginable speed, and have now rewarded him for it, rather than rip the bandaid off this thing.

e.

THIS IS IT.

Plan and simple.

Why did we have to rebuild something that was already successful and moving in a positive direction?

It’s like saying we need to tear down the additions of the stadium so we can rebuild it differently.

A good coach takes what he has that is good and builds on it.

A self centered and selfish coach tears everything down, good or not, just because he can only see things microscopically instead of looking at the bigger picture.

Did Lemonis tear it all down?

Did Matt Rhule?

It’s just another excuse to not have to admit we were wrong.

(1) Calm down; (2) Go stick your head in a bucket of turds; (3) Invite some of the other new guys to join you.

Yep, because at least Croom inherited a mess and just continued to not get much better.

As has been stated numerous times, Joe took a really good program and tanked it in record time. What has happened now is our admin, including AD have made it clear they are inept...out of touch with the people they serve. We not only have a lousy coach extended, causing us to pass on better coaches who will now likely go elsewhere, but we have a lousy group in charge of all future decisions.

These men making the decisions are dooming us to the bottom of the barrel in a time where we had a chance to solidify ourselves as a solid SEC program.

We have in record time pissed away quite likely the best chance we ever had to become and remain a relevant SEC football program.

Welcome to the cellar, folks. I suspect we're going to be there for a very, very long time. This elevator is headed non-stop for the basement, and is going to be out of service for years at a minimum.
Mullen averaged 7 wins and finished 4th or 5th in west every year except one. Overreact much?

Hell, I have admitted I was wrong about Moorhead. When we hired him I was PUMPED UP! He was the guy I wanted. When he struggled the first year, I got pissed, then chastised myself for being rash, and told myself he just needed a chance to get his guys in his system going into this year. I told myself he just needed a QB who knew his system and could run it.

Even at the start of this year I held out hope. But every passing game brought nothing but more disappointment and increased dread for the way our program was tanking.

I was wrong about Joe then, and I admit it. I'm frustrated our admin does not seem to see the writing on the wall.
