I’m a little surprised at the people who don't seem to understand that these are Tupac lyrics. I guess we aren't all forty-something white guys.
Was the restaurant complaint part of the Tupac reference? Was it a bit from the beginning, or after that?

I just don't think the joke landed that well

This post is almost 100 replies deep and made message board geniuses. Serious question: are you retarded or is this your first day on the internet? I’d say it landed pretty damn well

If youre saying the whole thread was a troll and you wanted to be on "message board geniuses," then sure, but I don't think the person I was replying to got that either. I think the entire board whooshed.

Good lord I hope we are celebrating a victory.

Not for nothing, but Indigina sounds like a cross between indigestion and angina. Sounds delicious!
Fact:

It sounds more like the “gina” part comes from “******” and that the “colonizers” must have gotten sand up in there.

Question:

What did Indians eat before pale face showed up? From the looks of the menu, whitey should be thanked for introducing all of those verboten meats.

I thought the first part was making fun of a restauranteur who so glaringly wants everyone to know how virtuous they are. Them good. Chicken bad.

The second part was Tupac lyrics. This isn't that complicated.

And yes, it was funny.

Make a post making fun of Minnesota for being woke is red meat and easily detected. Adding a real aspect (the about section of a James beard restaurant) was something I stumbled across when I thought I might go this summer. I ended up passing going to Miami week before last instead. Adding a photoshop of KT as Tupac with hit em up lyrics is right there in everyone’s face. Almost every response from me on the 1st 2 pages is all jokes. If you can’t recognize a bit this 17ing obvious, I can’t help you. God forbid people have fun on the internet while multitasking roasting our opponent. Oh the horror. Cover your eyes Alabama week. I might make a cousin love reference. Somebody has to get DS a new tv.

So you were serious when you were talking about the restaurant, and everybody who roasted you for it (here or that Twitter account) had the correct read after all? Make up your mind...

It's meta. Its a joke about a joke, and a joke within a joke...except when it's serious, but you won't know what is serious until it's all revealed later on.
And even then, it may seem to conflict, but that's just because you don't see the meta humor in it.

It's both serious and joking, consistent and conflicting, all at once.

No, I was not serious about cancelling my potential trip to Minnesota due to an about section for some restaurant. I found it and saved it for later use. The entire post is a bit. Now that said, is Minnesota woke & ridiculous? Yes. That’s why the bit works. Because there is truth in it. Read my last thread on this board. It was satire about an flatbills and being on an airplane. Read the vast majority of my post. Almost all satirical. What this post did was exactly what I thought it would do: get dorks worked up. Several of you jumped in to “roast” me because Fox News has me scared to go to blue cities which is hilarious. The main 2 groups that seem worked up are Minnesota fans (the target) and dorks (bycatch). Hope this explains in well enough for you and James Talarico.

The only thing that upsets me in this thread is that no one noticed the Ralphie Cipharetto joke but I guess that’s ikyky. Working that in was the crown jewel

ikyky definitely wasn't what I figured I would see at the end of the day in this thread.
Must be more meta or a subtle reference that I didn't pick up on because my dumbass thinks you are trying to say iykyk.

I tried kangaroo once at a restaurant outside of Laurel. It was OK, but about as tough as you would imagine kangaroo would be. Wouldn't eat it again, but I'm glad I tried it.

Had it in a restaurant in Atlanta, prepared by an Australian chef. My experience was similar to yours.

Eh. I’d try it out.

It won a James Beard Award.

The Chef is a Sioux, and a good Mississippi State fan wants no bad juju from the Native Americans.

I’d likely steer clear of eating the mole crickets, but if that suits your fancy, you do what you want…

Do they have a head chef or just a Sioux Chef?

Being a non-profit(or run by a non-profit) doesnt mean its communist.
Those are 2 very different things.

You said you took accounting at MSU...did you take any econ classes?

Where did I type that a non profit means communist?

I’ll save you some time, I didn’t.

There. Now you have time to type 500 words on nothing that no one but you will read (and you’ll probably read it three or four times, admiring how smart you are).

You didn't say that a nonprofit means communist.

What point were you trying to make by responding to 'it isnt communist' with the statement that it's run by a nonprofit?
That comment seems random then.

That scene was actually the first thing that popped in my head. Ralphie's demise was deserved for what he did to poor young Tracee, even though she was a hooah.

Found you a Halloween costume....

View attachment 1430598

And "they" are just as scared and hateful of people and places that are "different" as those "meanie weanie racist Nazi xenophobic conservative fascists" are of cities 🙄. "They" wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire, but it's fascinating how only one side gets labeled as frightened bigots. Are conservatives the scared bigots? Or people who think conservatives are literally managing some mythical country-wide systemically racist patriarchy and are actively trying to oppress "those" people just because they are different? I mean, we're talking about people who can't see a red hat without needing a sedative and think white conservative males are out to get everyone "different."

Look at all the virtue signaling beta cuck hypocrites in this thread patting themselves on the back for pretending to be some bastion of "love and tolerance." ....Look at me! Look at me! I'm a pushover and a useful idiot! I ain't scared of any DIVERSITY in the CITY like those meanie weanie fascist Nazi CONSERVATIVES! 😅

This will be fun 😁.
