you gotta know that you can't simulate gameday entrances for new recruits, regardless of the old, greying talent you are trying to pull in.

HAHA I miss coach O too. I can do a pretty good O impersonation. I loved his original youtube video "Col. Reb is Cryin"

UT football would be in much better hands than his and Kiffin's...</p>

He's in the perfect position at UT. He can head up recruiting and focus the majority of his energies there, which is what he needs to do, and he can be the energy guy on the sideline. Head coach, not so much. Recruiting coordinator and position coach, definitely.

The problem with Kiffin is that I think he's taking a lot of advice from Orgeron on being a head coach in the SEC, and that's where they'll have issues. They've got Orgeron in the position where he can help them most. Kiffin just needs to be able to balance his personality rather than mimic it, and that's why Kiffin will end up failing. If you put Orgeron in that position and you give him a head coach that can effectively act like a dog trainer to know when to hold him back and when to release him, he's great for your program. You put him with a coach that mimics his antics and basically lets him run a lot of the show, and you're going to have issues down the line.

The good news for UT fans is that if this does play out like I expect it will, they'll be able to fire Kiffin in 3 or 4 years, and they should be in good shape to win immediately if they go out and hire a quality head coach to replace him.

They didnt even get their own locker for their purses....

The man can obviously get people excited. Terrible head coach for sure but if his role is one that requires him to get his players fired up I think he will probably be a hell of a motivator..
