I really hope that history gives

Landon Sims and Will Bednar a seat right beside Rowdey and TA for this team. That picture of Rowdey and TA walking off the field is awesome and those guys who gigantic influences on this run, but I really hope we (as a school/fanbase) make sure that Bednar and Sims get the same A-List billing that Rowdey and TA are getting.

Bednar had an all-time great CWS, not just in our own history. He was the tourney MVP when we won our first title and pitched 6 no hit innings in the winner take all game. He will forever be an A-lister.

Sims just had the most dominant season of any MSU pitcher I can remember. If he replicates it in 2022, he has a strong case for being the best pitcher in school history.

All true, but crucial hits by ALL the others, Brandon’s* base running and zero error’s by the defense were essential too.

It was like the injuns and baseball gods decided it was finally time, and I’m happy.
