It is a Gun Death, however, I'm ok with this one. We're better off with that kind of stupid out of the picture. We really are.
I don't know, but I do think this is a really useful way to thin the idiot herd. Need a means to make a broader application.

Reminds me of a couple of older guys I went to grade school with who lived up a side holler out the creek from us. They were out squirrel hunting one day in mid-October, before the first hard frost. A wasp landed on the one's shoulder and kidding says, "Hey Ken, shoot that wasper off my shoulder." Damned if the guy didn't do it. It didn't kill him but it left a bunch of #6 shot across his back.
There was a reason both were able to drive themselves to school in 7th grade, one was 16, the other 17. Those two were the main reason Grandpa decided to send me to Putnam County schools. He was afraid I'd fall in with them if they started offering me rides home as they lived close.
When they hit 8th grade, the word was the older one was registered for the draft, the vote, and expelled on the same day. He was going to be too old to legally graduate from HS even if he was never held back again. He didn't have to sweat the draft, the armed forces were scraping the bottom of the barrel with judges handing down "A year in jail or the Army" sentences for certain guys late in the Vietnam era, but they didn't have to go digging under it for more.
Neither of them made it to 40. It was a shock they made it to 20. Thank God neither bred.
