I won't go that far. I think there are some people who believe that when you are asked to serve you do. I think several people joined based on the idea that they could help keep some really bad things from happening. I think Mattis might have been in that similar to McMaster. Haley might have been as well. It would be interesting to see what she had to say if she were to leave.
Problem is her boss can't stay focused on a position long enough for her to do her job.

This latest “more sanctions on Russia” uncertainty she did. The WH tried to put it on her, that she was confused, and she stood her ground.
If you don't tell us who it is, you at least have to know the motives. I know the motives of both sets of anonymous sources.
Anonymous White House sources are Obama holdovers or never-Trumpers that will do anything to tear down this administration, including lie, or, get caught in leak traps (as shown over the last year).
Anonymous FBI boots that Sara love uses is trying to clean the DOJ mess up.

It wasn't just NYT that printed the news that Biff hit the brakes on the Russia sanctions. And this isn't the first time.
Unless they name the people they're quoting, I have no use for NYT, CNN, or WaPo. Their motives are clear.

I don’t mind conservatism on most counts. I doubt she’d get my vote....but like Rubio or Kasich....I’d listen to her views and consider it
She should resign on principle, but then she would lose all support of the Trump base because they value no principles, lol. The GOP ain't gonna run no woman, they aren't ready to evolve from pale, stale and male. Plus, that evangelical arm has some rather old school views about the role of women in the world.
And yet the GOP put a far more diverse primary field together in age, race, and gender than the DNC did.

I liked Carley Fiorina, Herman Cain, Rubio, and Cruz. In the end, in both the Primary and General I wrote in Kasich.
