Had a link to a page where I could choose to keep my 2020 Season tickets, opt out (donate to BDC), opt out (credit toward 2021), or opt out (refund). If you select keep my 2020 tickets, it gives you the option to select mobile delivery or PDF print-at home delivery.

Here is a concern. This happened to me last spring. Just because your email is updated in the dog tag doesnt mean its updated with the ticket office. I changed from my work to my personal email a year or so ago. I bought flex baseball tickets. I got the confirmation on my personal email and the actual tickets sent to my work email. I called to ask what the deal was and either the BC or ticket office (cant remember) said you have to also call them in addition to changing on the system.

right but in my example, they may send everything to you correctly now. You may respond to tel them you want digital tickets. Then they may send the link to tickets to an old email address. Im just basing this off the clear disconnect i saw last spring.
