Schumer played him like a fiddle. Schumer knows that Manchin is dying to get a landmark piece of legislation passed under his name and is dangling that carrot in front of Manchin. The problem is, the Manchin “moderate Voting bill” will not pass either even if it’s read.

Manchin should not be making deals with anyone, especially when he’s there to represent WV (A state that is overwhelmingly against these new voting changes) and their voters

Here is his office number in DC. I called the sleaze ball to ask why he is disenfranchising the vote of every West Virginian. Encourage others to do the same.

Manchin sure does know how to play West Virginians like a fiddle. How much longer can he keep it up? I say as long as he wants to.

He's agreeing to vote for legislation that won't get past the 60 vote threshold for cloture.

I called. In a nutshell, I asked him why he isn't representing West Virginians, that he is going against the overwhelming majority of the people he supposedly represents.

The majority need to show up and vote the anti-West Virginia senator OUT.

Even though he said he isn’t running again, I think he is. Morrisey lost by 3% last time. Manchin also spent over $4 million more than Morrisey, in a 2:1 ratio. Manchin also won’t have the mining voters this next time.

Keeps Schumer happy, thinking there's a chance in hell something will pass.

The ONLY vote Manchin has that matters right now is the vote to change the rules in the Senate. Everything else... worthless.

Good point. Not confident he won't eventually cave to that. The far left is digging as much dirt as they can on him right now to blackmail him. He better stay away from honey pots.

This is wrong, they know it won't pass but it will give them the ammo for Manchin to vote to get rid of the filibuster. If that happens we are truly screwed.

I have called every day since last week. I am 100% serious, I have never donated money in my life, but that will change next election cycle. I will also volunteer moving forward. I have had enough of this ****. .

This is not some bill that is a handout or will only impact a very small portion of society...we are talking a major shift in power that when obtained will put America on a direct path to socialism and it cannot be stopped...once you give something away, it will never be taken away

I have talked to a live person once. He said that Manchin has come out against HR1. I came back with that until he votes against it it really doesn't matter...he then drafts his own bill...so I guess I will be putting my money and effort to go against him...and I personally know his family!

My wife just got a response from Joe regarding an e-mail she sent to Manchin and Capito four months ago.......Capito sent back a lengthy response in two days.
