To express my outrage over the current issues including Afghanistan, border control, infrastructure pork, COVID fascism, etc. The response from her staff member was pathetic. Basically said "blame the administration it's not our problem". Condescending little pr!ck.

I have a greater disdain for SMC because she tries to come off as a constitutional conservative, but is nothing close to one.

Other than being polite I am not sure what either should do. Most of those issues are not legislative

Exactly what do you expect Capito to do?
It's all on the current administration and Capito has publicly expressed her concerns about all of the subjects you mentioned.
Several months ago we sent emails to both Capito and Manchin on the same day regarding a concern.
Capito responded the next day with a point by point explanation of her stance on the subject.
We got a response from Joe TWO MONTHS later thanking us for the email.......but he never said a peep about our concerns.
I have always liked Joe and have voted for him......Now I am done with him.

I expect her to issue a statement calling for the resignation of the President. Symbolic? Perhaps, but we are in free fall and it needs to start somewhere. She needs to show a spine for once.

She’s right. It’s not her administration. Democrats control the WH, House, and Senate at the federal level. Those are federal issues. If people used their brain and voted out all Democrats, it would fix the problems
