I think we win the game but UK doesn't need any game in particular. I think beating them sets up very well for a one seed assuming we take care of business the rest of the year.

If Kansas can't beat UK in Jan. I don't think anyone will be able to the rest of the way.

Team is really starting to gel and we are only going to get better.

How was my comment insanely stupid? Jersey seemed to take issue with me saying we'd win by double digits. I didn't say we shouldn't talk about anything.

His chill comment is the stupid one. Doesn't matter how much we chill or not. We're not in the court.

Pretty amazingly tough stretch KU has beginning the game prior to ours.

In an 8 game stretch they play;
UK
Baylor (x2)
West Virginia (x2)
Iowa St
Texas Tech

That's 5 of 8 that are top 10 teams.

Yeah, I'm afraid you're right. Think we just have too many prolonged periods of poor defense to really run away and hide against them. Good thing for us they're pretty mediocre defensively, too.

I also fear we'll have a similar problem guarding Jackson as we did guarding Justin Jackson in the UNC game. Briscoe will have to check him and Jackson has 4-5 inches on him easily.

Unless our defense improves a lot in the games leading up to the Kansas game, I will be worried.

Jackson and monk will be fun to watch, along with Lucas and bam. When we finally get to see diallo play I envision him to be similar to that of josh Jackson. Fair comparison?

Kansas just gave up 80 to a terrible OSU team in Lawrence that was a game to the final minutes. They also gave up 88 to Kansas State and 80 to TCU in the past 5 games. How are they going to stop us?

I'll be glad to get any kind of W,but I would love to see us have this one in hand with 4 minutes to go.Maybe they won't get the calls they usually get since they are on the road but I don't want the game to be in the hands of the refs late in the game

Kansas has played other good teams. They are the nation's #2 team, and they have weapons all over the court. It is unlikely that Kentucky will have this game won with 4 minutes left. It isn't about the refs. Kansas is a very tough opponent.

Oklahoma state is Kenpom #33 and has the 11th best adjusted offense in college basketball. Hardly "terrible."

I agree,they don't need any extra help from the refs but they seem to get it at times anyway.
