I hate Kansas thread

I gotta' tell you that i DO NOT HATE Kansas....of all the other "blue-chip" programs out there, they are the only ones that I actually have ANY respect for at all. I think they, like we do, get what this beautiful game is all about, and embrace it and love it as much as Kentuckians do. To be quite frank, our histories, including Coach Rupp, are kind of intertwined to an extent that we have to extend mutual respect to the JayHawks.
Sure I want to beat the hell out of them Saturday, but I don't hate them...and if we lose to them I am not at all ashamed to shake hands and say "Hey, good game" to them.

I don't dislike KU...it is where Coach Rupp went to college so that connection will always be there. I do have to correct some people in StL whenever they mistake UK with KU getting their U's and K's turned around..."You went to KU?" "Nope, I went to Kentucky...Kansas is that direction."
