…. I’m growing to hate KU more every day….
Drag it out in litigation forever and people forget what you did. Then play the victim card if the other shoe ever does drop because “none of these kids being punished were here when the rules were broken.”

It’s the cynical PR world we live in today. And Bill Self is really good at it.

Can't stand KU basketball, but they are kicking butt in this tournament.

And memo to Bryan Antoine: Quit shooting the damn ball! There's a reason KU is leaving you open.

Nice little run by Nova. Looking like less of a blowout, at least for now.

What is the NCAA going to do about Duke and the Zion payments that came out in the suit between he and the public relations firm he signed a contract with. Remember, the FBI recordings of the Kansas assistant coach (Townsend) and the Clemson HC have both saying that Zion is off the table because of the amount of money NIKE and boosters are offering to get Zion to either Kentucky or Duke. They (NCAA) have to do something. Or do they? After all, it means tarnishing their precious Coach K. If KU does go to court, they are going blow this whole thing sky high. As the FBI said, this thing is far bigger than just KU, Louisville, LSU, Arizona, Oklahoma State, Clemson, North Carolina State and others. Much bigger. And now, since the Supreme Court decision this past August, all of this is now legal. KU's recruiting has dropped off significantly since this started. Having said that, this fall three (and maybe four) McDonald All Americans will attend KU. Bill Self is an incredible coach.

If you kicked all the cheaters out of this tournament, we’d probably be watching Colgate vs. Bryant.

As opposed to Dook, where nobody on the basketball team in decades would have been accepted into the university if they didn’t play basketball and they all major in Sociology - what a hard program that is. They are the Most hypocritical program in the NCAA. Period.

Except for the ****** FT shooting and the endless shots of Huckleberry Roy, that was one Hell of a game. It lived up to the hype.

If Bill Self had any real hair he might have been pulling it out. Villanova wouldn't quit. Monday should be a good one

It depends on the school Spartan. You can get away with anything as long as your name is Kansas, North Carolina or UCLA.

Its kind of an ironic final…. A guy who is SUPPOSEDLY on the hot seat versus a school that invented academic fraud

Ya can't wear football shoes to elementary school, middle school, high school, even college. They wear basketball shoes, and have for forty years. There is an unbelievable amount of money in this for the shoe companies and no sport show cases brand like basketball. Too much money.

I’ve been begging for NU to get with the times in hoops for years

instead we hire a soft choir boy

We should be cheating 10x harder than everyone else, instead we get our faces punched in twice/week by a below avg conference.

Laughable that you neglected the 2 biggest cheaters - Duke and Kentucky. Both have been paying recruits for over a decade and nothing done about it even after caught. I Don’t see how steering athletes to easy classes - like every other school in every sport across the NCAA is in the same stratosphere as straight up paying kids (Kentucky,Kansas and Duke) and giving their parents jobs (Duke)

No one cheats more than Duke, but UNC was doing more than just steering kids to easier classes.

Suggesting any school cheats with more vigor than Kansas University and has a history anywhere close to theirs is laughable. It dates back to Wilt Chamberlain, perhaps earlier. The NCAA's enforcement arm itself was the result of KU recruiting malfeasants.

In 1985, Chamberlain told the LA Times about his recruitment. “The payment system was much more sophisticated than just giving an athlete cash. The boosters were delegated by a little group. They would say, ‘OK, we will allow you, A, B and C, to go out and help to recruit Wilt Chamberlain, and you become like his godfather.’ I had two or three godfathers. That way, I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Everyone was assigned at least one godfather when I was at Kansas.”

Id like documentation on Duke cheating… outside of Zion, lets hear some proof
It's in the pudding. C'mon, you think all these one and done guys go there because they like the coach vs going to the other schools dishing out cash? The guys that go to Duke aren't magically pure of heart vs the other ruthless mercenaries that want cars and houses. They're all the same. They want A. cash and B. to win.
