Thunder Dumper huh?

I was merely remarking how a few made shots change perspective. Basically the team is playing exactly the same way.

Do you keep a roll handy when you post?
Do u stop walking when cal stops walking to keep ur nose from going up his ***? ;)

LOL, this one is a hoot. He can’t even tell I agreed with him. Dain Bramaged.

Let me help you out there Kup boy. I said they played the same. That means they .... played...... the ....... same. One half they shot better. That means more went in the basket. They score points when that happens. That’s a good thing.

Ok, you can squeeze another on off on the Cats.

You can take your "we get better at the end of the year" stuff. This isn't a FAARR CAL post. But I don't get this. Yes, we get better, but there is literally no excuse for having this much talent with a HOF coach and having a third game in a row like this against a cupcake. I just don't get it.
Significant improvement by the cats.

We’ll only be an elite, top 2-3 program when we have a transcendent big man. See AD or Kat. All the other championship teams were older and senior lead. It’s a hard time in college basketball to figure out how to recruit. Get the best young players, be “talented” and on sportscenter but also be inconsistent or recruit 4* and have them develop for 4 years and possibly win a championship then.

Our returning players, Nick yes Nick, Hagans, and Quickley are carrying us. EJ now back looked decent tonight as well. But our freshmen are inconsistent at best. They will get better, but it can be a painful process. Kind of like being a parent.

We improved tonight and were really playing well the longer the game went. Getting all of our players backed helped. Allen should add to it in time. EJ will rub off some rust. When the game slows down for our freshmen they could be a scary good balanced team. It’s a process.

Cal would be crucified if he passed up talent to acquire 4 yr players

Some of you look stupid! That second half was good! Nick Nick Nick! He’s getting better each game! Must piss some of the Nick haters off! Boy his shot is pretty! When it becomes consistent it’ll bring the opposing big out and the back door will open up for the wings!

4 star players like Herro, Willie and SGA? Those kind of 4 stars that will stay 4 year?

R-E-L-A-X. November doesn't matter. It's a process. These kids are young. When March comes we'll be able to hang with anyone

not from me he wouldn't because right now he's not getting either

Then neither is any team in the nation, right? His classes are ranked consistently in the top 3. Facts is facts.

What you mean to say is, in November the team isn't winning big and you are pissed off. That must be what you mean, because saying he's not getting talent is pretty stupid.

Sorry I should've been clearer. He's not getting the kind of talent to justify a mass exodus each season

Cal's better days are gone. This is embarrassing and NOT Kentucky basketball and it hasnt been for a long time.

You just have the CLOD raw *** tonight. This IS Kentucky basketball ball. It will be for years to come. I must conclude you are not a Kentucky fan if you think otherwise.

Except that they are signing million dollar contracts. A few are making really stupid decisions, of course. They are kids. They do that. Million dollar contracts justify a LOT of you are 19 yrs old.

There in lies the issue. Do the bare minimum to get to the nba and out the door and the program suffers because there's no continuity. And in the long run some of these players are gonna suffer too because they're not long for the league

So? Capitalism reigns. No law against being stupid as this board proves time and again.

Of course not. We have some lost causes on here that that 3 stars that can contribute but not okay for 2 - 3 years at best are lined up on the streets. Then the only examples they can provide are guys that have 2 or more years under their belts. Well, hind sight is both 20/20 and absolutely worthless. Not once have they mentioned one of these kids while in high school, when the have to be recruited.

I would agree that I was not happy during the first half or at halftime. We looked tight again, and let's be honest, the MSM players were making shots they don't normally make. They stopped making some of that crap in the 2nd half. Our defense wasn't bad in the first half but they just made shots. Meanwhile, we couldn't make a shot.

2nd half was a totally different game. Our defense was better. Our offense was as good as it's been since the 2nd half of the Mich St win. Making a couple shots relaxed the team and then a few more fell for us. We were sharing the ball. Hagans was getting into the lane and making plays. Quickley was making threes. That shows us what this team can be. We're not gonna be a team that takes 25 threes per game or who makes 10. We're gonna butter our bread going to the basket. And the defense is going to improve as we go, along with the offense.

I know the OP didn't intend this to become a pile on or a FAAARRR CAL post, but the negativity just draws people in who hate Cal.

This is why I don't post in the middle of a game. If I did, this is what they'd look like. I get frustrated and I yell and scream, and I say things I'd never post here. As I say, I just stay away during games. It seems wise, especially when I read some of these posts. Haha!
