I'd like to say I'm surprised but I am not.

I'm not going to go into it but I had an experience in that county involving the HP, County, and City even that ended up with me Being handed a signed blank accident report to and the perp getting off his second or third alcohol incident with no charges.

I never went back again to that county. My own county was bad enough at that time.
