This is a bad loss. And we have no clue how to attack this defense. Throwing the ball around the perimeter is not going to work. We attacked the goal and drew fouls in first half so the smart thing to do in 2nd half is not attack the basket and shoot fade aways. 17ing embarrassing
They have a terrible psyche if someone gives us a shot to the jaw. We have zero confidence on the road as well.
They had a shot there when we got within 3 and then we could not stop Tyree and then just lost our 17ing minds on offense.

I can take losing on the road but I can't handle letting a terrible Ole Miss bend us over like this. We just quit.
Games like this are why we can never get the fans engaged. **** effort against our biggest rival. No excuse. Road game or not. Effort should travel.

It’s not that we lost on the road. It’s how we lost that is ridiculous. We were up 14 at one point in the game and are going to lose by 20. That’s inexcusable. This is why we have ****** fan support and the women have more fans at their game. They play a top 20 team and losing by 11 at half and win by 12. The difference is coaching. Howland doesn’t have one assistant coach that knows **** about X’s and O’s
Not many. This team plays with the same lack of fire that Ben Howland's interviews have. I would really like to get fully behind this basketball program under Howland but when the most talented team you have had in the last 15 years is on the wrong side of the NCAA bubble, what's the attraction to do so? We will not be nearly as good next year with the talent we likely lose at the end of this season.
2018 Football Team had a Great Defense but had a 3 string XFL QB as it’s leader on offense.... this bunch supposedly has 2 First Round NBA draft picks on it.
They are not as terrible as you think. They have guards who can score. We don’t. Basketball is based on the 3 point line and guards driving to eliminate bigs by foul trouble.
We’ve got two 17’n 1st round NBA picks and cant beat a pitiful Ole Miss team on the road. I’m the optimist amongst my MSU friends, but Jesus Christ, there’s nothing you can say to justify our performance this year so far. The game tonight was embarrassing as hell.

They may continue to progress to that level, but they arent there now.
Basically, 1 projection has perry and 1 projection has woodard in the first round. The rest of the projections pretty much dont have either being drafted at all.
Selfishly I hope this is true, because if those two come back, we should be in decent shape next year.

What’s the difference tho? A loss is a loss. People acted the same exact way when we lost by 1 to LSU and OU. We have been on the other side of this type situation too this year. We beat down Mizzo and UGA like that, and came back and won at UF. We know what this team can play really well ball. We know this team can play really bad ball too. Just got to hope that we make a turn around like we did after the LSU game, and win several in a row. I know they are capable of doing it, and the rest of the games are all winnable, and we can afford about one more loss.
And?? I think that was his point. We had a QB that only managed to get added to an XFL team a week ago. That's a pretty clear indication he's not that high on anyone's radar. I don't think his post had anything to do with his knowledge of the offense of his new team.
