I’m confused

So NC state plays last night with a depleted roster due to covid protocols. The players that played tested negative but yet they were exposed to their teammates that tested positive. That means the NC state players that played last night were exposed to vandys players. I mean if the ncaa is going to follow protocols then why would they allow Vandy to keep playing knowing full well that their players were exposed to NC state players that were exposed to their teammates. By default then Vandy should be sent packing too. This is so much bs that it stinks! This covid crap needs to end!!

My wife insists (I guess she read it on the internet, so it has to be true) anyhow she says every player in the tournament is covid tested every second day.

I have no idea what this means, but she insists that is the NCAA protocol.

I just heard the ESPN lady commentator say that every player on the Vandy team was tested today and they all tested negative and are cleared to play Monday. She called it "The every other day test".
