Yes. Unfortunately gave up a takedown and straight into back points. Momentum swings fast on sequences like that.

Labriola up next at 174. Mikey always makes it exciting. Our best chance at a national champion this year.

Byrd is a tough SOB.

I think Venz has had some injuries this year, but he has not wrestled very well this year. Getting some wins but not dominant in matches like he should be against unranked opponents.

Now need Husker BB to match the effort.
