Amazing run.

Played their very best when it all really mattered.

Beating Texas and Pittsburgh was some pretty damn good stuff.

Thank you Husker ladies. Very well done.

Despite looking like Uncle Fester, UW’s coach seems like a good dude.

Not sure why but he reminds me of Darth Vader in Return of the Jedi when Darth's mask is taken off. Guy must sleep like 27 minutes or so a night.

Still proud of these ladies. Playing a super senior laden team and we have three true freshmen so what is there to hang their heads about. Probably should have won the 2nd, 4 set points and couldn't put it away and it would have put all the pressure on Wisconsin but that is the game.

Find a setter and a middle and you should be ready to go next year. Cook will get them ready, that can be counted on.

We’ve got another monster class coming in. One girl is 5’10 and gets up like the girl from Pitt.

Wonder if we would take anybody from the portal? Kelly Robinson worked out pretty well

Good question. The two areas of need are a setter and a middle blocker. Not likely a good setter would be on the market but maybe a middle. We really need two middles, have some younger ones but lose both. Cook doesn't get caught with his pants down, he is a great coach.

Orr was the #1 player in the country last year so we should be fine at setter

Correct. Assuming she is it and NH is not coming back (who can keep track of super seniors?) Then we will have a RS freshman setter. The good thing are the three D players coming back that help the setter with good passing.

Sounds like there's a better chance of Caffey returning than Hames. Regardless we're gonna be damn good, especially with those back row players you had mentioned returning. '22 & '23 recruiting classes are top notch too!

What a run, we really had no business making it to the final and they would just not stop competing, what a fantastic group. Incredibly talented and relentless, we’ll be back.

Much like our football team, there was just no quit in them.

The top MB in the portal is Penn State's Kaitlyn Hord, but Caroline Crawford from KU would also help if Caffey and Schwarzenbach don't return.

We're good at setter.

I think you pick em up no matter what. Callie isn’t real good.

How many Amazon women does Wisconsin finally lose to graduation? Coach cook has a hell of a class coming in don’t see Nebraska dropping off much

They will continue to recruit more, since that seems to be the key to their success.

If caffey stays I would still look at the transfer portal hard for another mb because I agree that's gonna be biggest area of need immediately. I don't think Callie and Meyer can give us what we're used to. But someone will probably have to move on to make that happen. Maybe gray is the answer but I don't think I've seen her play at all this year 🤔

Bekka Allick is also a middle, right?
