Had a chance to pull out the third set, but once that slipped away it was the Badgers’ match.

At least Wisconsin won the conference legitimately this year, instead of getting the Big Ten brass to magically convert some canceled matches to wins. Hopefully that was a one-time gift.

Nicklin Haynes is a senior and the number one overall player in the 2021 class is freshman Kennedi Orr. Could be better next year.

She will be close to two years removed from ACL surgery. She will be given the keys to the car. Hopefully, the car operates at a high level not seen since 2017 and earlier years regularly. It is her turn and I hope Hames moves on to another chapter into her life. She busted her butt here but this offense needs a different look.

The announcers commented that it seemed the Badgers had an additional player on the floor late in the match. The Badgers were finding so many holes in our defense it looked more to me like the Huskers were a player short.

Boilermakers are good. Ranked number six. A win over them at their place would be a good boost to end the season

I don't expect a bunch of freshmen to unseat a bunch of seniors and play at the very top level. We have a talented team, but the upper classwomen plateaued a bunch IMO. The juniors are lackluster. I'm hopeful the youngsters come on.
