Sounds like this is a last ditch effort with the stuff that takes up the moisture and then run the blowers for 15-20 minutes. I have to think if they come back warm up after they get going if there is an issue it’s probably done.

Player safety is paramount. With that in mind, they should postpone or cancel. For paying customers, it will be the greatest heist since Ann Arbor, and I don't know how they'll approach that.
