It is painfully obvious you are clueless. It is not about words or wisdom.or mentoring, all you mention. It is about administrative support. Trev intends to provide all the support each program needs to be successful. Whether or not they are is up to the coaches but they can't say they weren't supported and given every opportunity to win. A good administrator does this with any employee.

Now spin it anyway you want, you seem good at that.

will you please detail the administrative support that the programs are now receiving that was lacking previously
-thanks

"administrative support" is the new buzz word to justify retaining coaches who have lost at historical levels

Moos gave the coaches plenty of administrative support. He moved around class schedules so the coaches could practice whenever they wanted. He gave Frost basically everything he asked for. He handed out contract extensions like candy. How much more supportive could he possibly have been? And yet, he failed. So maybe it takes more than just administrative support. The theory that was popular on here was Alberts was a superior mentor so he could coach the coaches up. Well if he could do that, why haven't we seen any evidence of this so far? The coaches have continued to get worse under Alberts. There comes a point where the coaches you have just aren't very good and you need to cut bait. But Alberts has refused to do this. I don't see how he's any better than Moos.

This post woke me up from my slumber. Seriously give your family a few hugs, and enjoy your time with the people you love. This is unhealthy

1. Trev Alberts has nothing to do with the Will Bolt hire. Didn't hear you bitching about baseball when we were in the super regionals last year. Did you want Trev to get rid of Will when he was hired?

2. Trev Albert has been here for one year. How about we let him do a few thing before you start roasting him over an open fire.

3. How about you stop bitching on a message board and try and actually create a solution. I mean the chances of you doing anything relevant is slim to none, but at least you'd be doing something productive.

See you again in a year ✌️
I don't want Trev to get rid of Bolt at all, and I never said I did. Trev has done a few things since he's been here. He's kept a couple loser head coaches around, and the excuse is because of financial issues. That tells me all I need to know he's not the right guy for this job. He's punting on the football and basketball programs just like he got rid of football and wrestling at UNO. You know, the financially prudent thing to do. Well, I guess we'll see how well that works out, but I'm certainly not holding my breath. I am working on many relevant problems, so mind your business.

I was so excited for this season and this team has depleted that excitement. Another Nbraska men's team that can't get anything done. It's tough to find boys that wanna work hard and have results on game day. Smh.

when there is zero accountability in the revenue generating sports and particularly football in which we are supposed to be a blue blood - the coaching staffs, administrators and players in the other sports get the message loud and clear that winning doesn't matter and the approach to the game across the board is lack luster
