Regardless of who wins the election...Biden will have to face what is being uncovered...if he's in office...he will leave in disgrace....if he loses, he will quietly plead guilty and slump back into his basement...he likes it there.

1 - why would he leave office? trump set a precedent - sitting presidents don't get prosecuted. Game over.

2 - what would he plead guilty to? I've not even seen a smidgen of evidence he's ever done anything illegal (and I don't even like the guy).

3 - If he has done anything illegal, I hope it comes out and I hope he faces the consequences. Unfortunately, you idiots have f'ucked up the justice system in this country forever, setting a precedent that sitting presidents can't be touched.
