-They play the game on paper. Over planning matchups, then are deer in the headlights during a game when they get punched in the nose.
-Refusal to run downhill. Traditional “old school” smash mouth football is beneath them.
-The big boys are playing a physical game and punching them in the nose. Huskers are playing basketball on turf.
-Shotgun formations in extremely short yardage situations.
-This staff is book smart but real world dumb. Reminds me of an arrogant professor I had in college that had never held a real world job and looked down on laborers.

"Better watch out we're coming to get you" type comments by Moos and Frost after the hire were silly and just plain stupid.

That's the thing about hubris - when your words and actions boomerang against you, your adversaries are delighted and you look like a fool.
