Kakert said he was going to have On3 tech support fix the settings. My guess is there probably isn’t a full time tech support person and fixing this is low on the priority list. It will get fixed but it will take a long while.

I miss the “good ole days” when you would tell us you were so poorly employed that you were in a position where your BOSS wouldn’t show up for work. Someone who was more qualified and accomplished in your “field,” and was in charge of you, just wouldn’t show up.
