The question I have now is, does this 'stick' with the program if Frost is unsuccessful and fired next year.

Optimists will say a 5 star QB just needs to finish the NC game and has to remain a silent commit until then. Realists will say probably somewhere in between and no one really knows until a QB actually commits.
