Noticed he was fined by SEC office, 25 grand for bitching about officiating of LSU game. My take was he called the office and bitched or was he in the media bitching?

My understanding is...

he talked to the SEC office about some bad calls which is fine. After that, he talked to the media about their chat and that's apparently not allowed - resulting in his fine.
