There will be plenty of people with unused tickets. Though with swipe cards this year replacing real paper tickets, giving away spare tickets isn't as easy as it once was. If you get lucky tomorrow, someone will trust you enough to let you use their spare swipe card if you agree to return it once you are through the turnstile.

Sounds like RU loves this new system. No real way for people to buy extras from other fans for $5, have to go buy the $12 300 level ticket, then move down.

I will always support and donate to RU sports, but I have to laugh at these clever ways they come up with to take more money out of your pocket!!!

Actually I posted my note above hoping that someone suggests a simple remedy to the dilemma. Is it possible to use a swipe card and print tickets for every game?

Anybody have an extra ticket for tomorrow's game?
I had 2 tickets up for sale on the Ticket Exchange board for a few days and never sold them. Right now I don't have the time to
go through the process to transfer those tickets to you. Next time you need tickets go the the Ticket Exchange board a few days
before the game.

It would have taken less time to transfer ticket then to post scarlet nation post
With 2 hrs before game time how would I get his email address before I left the house right after I sent that post. I just returned home with 7 minutes left in the game.

Rutgers fan wants prime seat for half price and free parking and we wonder why there is not any money for a real football coach

Thanks for the replies. I ended up buying a 100 level seat at the ticket office. Happy chrisru99? And just so you know, I donate plenty to RU. I just don't buy season tix because it's tough for me to get to that many games.

How would you have gotten him a paper ticket last year?

If you have an extra electronic ticket that you think you aren't going to use, you can transfer it to yourself (no charge), and then print out a PDF to give away or sell at the game.

Thank you Upstream. Can I preemptively do print outs for all games ahead of time at one time? Or are transfers only doable in a certain time frame (after the previous game)?

The Athletics Dept should make unsold 100 level tickets available first-come-first served to Rutgers students shortly before game time. Might help lure students and add to home court advantage.
