Not many fanbases I enjoy seeing pissed at Duke and spewing sour grapes than Maryland.
Me and you both! I despise maryland as much as the holes and uk.
I dont blame K at all- they should have thought more of that rivalry when they left the ACC. Course we're EVERYBODY"s rival arent we?? Thats just how elite Duke Basketball truly is!
Maryland fans and the program itself did many things to piss off K. They are a classless bunch up there in College Park. I think it hurts Maryland to not have Duke on their schedule in terms of lost exposure/hype, and that's the way Coach K likes it. Screw those turtle humping crab eaters.

and a big fu to Gary Williams. not once did he ever take the mic and ask the students to stop during their numerous outburst during games or natl anthem.
I don't like Maryland....but it's not the kind of dislike I had for them in the late 90s/earlier 2000s. They're pretty much irrelevant (to us) now. That alone is, in a way, enough to satisfy me.
I am sure Coach K hasnt forgotten some of the things which occured in College Park. I clearly remember some of our players parents families genuinely in fear of their surroundings, and some very ugly incidents.

The only way I want to play Md. is if we have to play them in the NCAA tourney and I really don't want them to even make it. The only time I hope they ever win a game would be against the heels and maybe UK and I'm not 100 per cent sure of that. I was more than happy to see them leave the ACC. OFC

I know if I haven’t, then Coach K definitely hasn’t. I still can’t get over how they treated JJ there. Scheyer and Singler took a lot from their silly fanbase also. Just a despicable bunch they are.
