How will Cal State decision affect basketball?

The California State University system, which includes Fresno State, San Diego State and a number of other D1 schools, has said they won’t be having in-person classes in the fall. I’m wondering how this might affect basketball and if other universities will follow suit (Harvard did for their medical and dental schools today).
