How many times will we live this same game

[ScarletDave]

Top 5 team comes to RU. Student section overpacked.
Indiana
Oregon
Ohio State
Michigan
Penn State

every time a futile effort, never in it, 39-0, 56-3, 78-0, 47-15, 35-7, it’s like a ritual. Flood, Ash, Schiano. None can hang. Even Purdue and Illinois occasionally beat one of these teams.

ironically the closest we came was under Norries Wilson to #4 MSU with their 4-team playoff team, 31-24 with the infamous spike on 4th down on the last drive.

When will we storm the field again?

Agree and upsets do happen but not by RU

N Illinois goes into South Bend and beats Notre Dame

App State as an FCS team goes into Ann Arbor and beats Michigan

That wasn't an upset. UMass is way better than RU.

[RW90]

RU has the longest active drought without a win over an AP-ranked opponent among Power 4 teams. Last ranked win was back in 2009.
