How many SEC only games will we have ....

this Fall of 2020?
Could conceivably play 12 but what I had heard about 6-8 weeks ago was a possible 10 game schedule.
If it is 10 or 12, we get 5 or 6 home games.
How does the schedule work out?
6 or 5 West vs 6 or 5 East, 6 West vs 4 East?
Will there be a SEC Championship game in Atlanta ?
I don’t see a full bowl season except for a possible 4 team Playoff with 1at home vs 4 and 2 at home vs 3 ?
Better than nothing I guess.

They will try for just the 8. Nobody is cutting non conference games just to turnaround and add more to the schedule.

Possibly, but I also wonder if the conference only thing is more about controlling all of the teams under one umbrella moreso than reducing the number of games.

ETA: as for my prediction, I think 8 is the safe bet but wouldn’t be shocked if they try for 10. Don’t think 12 is going to happen at all.
