It is all strategy, this way we do not have to work on the punt return unit during practice, gives us more time to spend on O/D.
NW punted 4 times. Minnesota punted just once. PSU has punted once but doesn't look like they will punt again. Ohio State did not punt at all for the 2nd straight game. Wisconsin did not punt in the 2nd half.
In short, Big Ten punters hate seeing Nebraska on the schedule because it means they don't get to play in that game.

Can't you guys feel the strain? It's immense. Are you guys seriously expecting this coaching staff to be able to run everything defensively to win games?
Iowa has already listed their travel roster for next week and they have decided to leave their punters at home.
