1 running play up the middle (1)
The TE 2 yard gain each way (2)
Slant left slant right (2)
Fade down each sideline (2)

Wheel route once for a TD never run before or after

Pass to Raymond vs Minn for 20 yards
Never run again ???

Guess the D has 3-4 base defensive sets and they are

1.) TD run
2.) QB keep for 20
3.) route down middle with no defender within 20 yards
4.) 3rd and 12 QB roll out to wide open WR on side line
