I work third shift so I take off Thursday night and Sunday night every year. When I get home in the morning, I will move all the TVs into the living room and have 4 screens. I don't miss a game.
Well, lessee. I am kind of drunk right now. And I am going to take students to the upper Tennessee River drainage all week and next to collect crayfish and fishes. And 8 of 10 of them told me we have to see the Cats play. I love these kids.

I took off 3 days last week Wed-Friday and have taken off next 2 days and the Friday next week just for sleeping so I am not tired for the Sweet 16 games on Friday night. Been doing this since 1991. That was the last year I missed an NCAA tournament game.
I was pleasantly surprised, I was checking my schedule for tomorrow and I didn’t make any appointments. Needless to say I’m happy now!!!!!
Below xmas and easter?? Way above. NCAA tourney and Kentucky derby. 2 best sporting events imo. Forget xmas andEaster. .

I don't need to. I get a three day weekend this week and then a four day weekend next week. It's a continuous rotation on this 12 hour work night schedule now.
back when I worked..... before my back went to hell... I used to request these next 3 days off and if I didnt get it... I'd call off lol.
Somewhere around my 15-18th trip to Cozumel . Have friends on the island . VERY safe here .. thats why we return.

I'm one of them and have been doing so since the 1996 season. It's gotten to be a tradition and guys that work for me know not to schedule vacation those days way in advance since they'll have to stay and cover for me.
