We all know tampering is happening all the time by many, many schools. Prime just said it out loud.
Everybody is tampering all the time now. The NCAA has no control over anything, just a completely pathetic useless organization.
It would be really weird if Matt did that because Bryant isnāt even in college and I donāt think he even plays football let alone QB.
