How do you guys feel about Jim Engles

[Hallisthebest]

He's done a great job at NJIT...given their circumstances.

[ruman]

Much better than Eddie = but way down the list

[PatrickRU92]

no thank you.

[Greene Rice FIG]

No

[rutger80]

Big Ten too much of a jump from Atlantic Sun

[RutgersDon]

Terrible choice

[Seton75]

I would not have the balls to hire him, but I wonder if I should. I think the guy will do well, but probably needs a mid level job first. We hired PJ off a mediocre Wagner resume. You just don't know

As I remember our search under your new AD, he worked fast and made a quick decision.

[bac2therac]

not ready...maybe when we were replacing Hill and hiring Rice but this program is too far down to reach for a guy like that

[rufeelinit]

He has done a good job. We need someone with a better resume. Next!

[JonathanAlan]

He may be a decent coach but Rutgers needs a bigger name if for no other reason than to begin changing the perception of the program..Recruits will not be impressed...
