Kansas State under Bruce Webber is an 8 or 9 seed staple. He's getting lucky this year because there was a historic upset, but UK wins by 25.
Kansas State is a regular opponent, which is refreshing. Playing these mid major teams that have fifty guys that can shoot threes really sucks.

We just need to continue to play like we have been playing since the 4 game losing streak and we shouldn't lose to anyone right now. I really believe we beat Arizona today the way we have been playing in the last 10 games. Today, Kevin Knox didn't have his typical 20 and 8 game he has been having lately and Green is still in a mild slump but still playing good ball. Today, we had Diallo, SGA, PJ, and Gabriel that played outstanding ball and I still believe that SKJ is getting more confidence by the game.

I think we would all be happy after we saw the draw that consisted of first Davidson, then we thought it would be Arizona, and then UVA was in our top half of the Bracket. Then with Miami, UT, and Cincinnati in the bottom half of the bracket if we could just win our first two games and get back to CatAtlanta for the Regionals we would all be extremely happy. I didn't expect for Arizona to lose to Buffalo and then who thought that UMBC would upset the overall #1 seed UVA and for Miami and UT to go down as well today. It has been a very long time that Kentucky has seen there always TOUGH Bracket to crumble down like this year. If we can get Nevada to upset Cincy tomorrow we would have #1, #2, and #3 seeds beaten in South Region. We need to stay focused head back to CatAtlanta where 85% of the fans will be and play like we have since the losing streak. We have an outstanding shot to make it to another Final Four and a Possible National Championship and I don't believe and many UK fans didn't believe at one time that we would all be saying that we are playing like we can a National Championship in 2018.

Kentucky is playing the best ball they have played all year and I hope that our Fans especially here on RR & HOB remember this is how Coach Calipari has always developed his team through the season into March Madness. So, if we lose 2 or 3 straight and lose a few in the SEC this is the way Coach Cal brings his teams along into March Madness. That is why Coach Cal in his 9 years at UK has been to Sweet 16 seven times, Elite 8 six times, Final Four four times and a National Runner-up and Championship and we are headed to another Sweet 16 Regional. Coach Cal did it a UMASS, Memphis, and now doing it at Kentucky bringing his usual young teams a long during the season into SEC Schedule, to March Madness. Coach Cal is the one of the best and we want him to retire here and coach many more years at UK.

KSU was 0-7 vs the top 3 in the big 12. 1st team all big 12 Dean Wade did not play in the Creighton game & his status for tomorrow is unknown. A guy named McGuirl had 16 points yesterday & only 13 all season after his redshirt was pulled mid season. KSU is good defensively, but is offensively challenged too often. If Wade doesn't play vs UK coupled with an already short bench, in my expert opinion, KSU would not have a good chance at winning.
