I’ve been in the stadium for every home game. After Ohio state, and our first weekend showing against Illinois, I though we would get destroyed. The loss of Ibrahim was mitigated a bit by Potts, who seems very capable.

Then Miami of Ohio came to town. They looked pretty bad. Couldn’t string anything together for long. First half looked decent but second half they had to hang on… got nothing going in the third quarter.

Bowling green came to town and minnesota couldn’t run the ball, they couldn’t pass the ball, and the only TD was by their backup QB in wildcat formation. They looked terrible.

Now Potts appears out for the foreseeable future as well… I agree with bugeater… if we show up, we win. I think we will come in pissed and ready to beat someone up. And I think Frost hasn’t forgotten how often PJ talked about being down 30 players last year and beating the huskers in Lincoln. If we get a big lead, I don’t see Frost letting his foot off the gas. This is a game to take out our frustrations on the opponent, and minnesota is in the crosshairs.

That’s my belief, and I hope it happens that way.

If Nebraska shows up and still has an edge like they have the past four games, I say a win is a good possibility, show up in a funk after losing a close one to Michigan, it could be trouble.

I was nervous playing Oklahoma, Michigan State, and Michigan, and we were there the entire game in all 3 games. This game doesn’t make me nervous, just like northwestern didn’t make me nervous.

But don’t let my hunch be the reason you bet the house on Nebraska.

Got to respond like we did against NW, after the MSU heartbreaker. That douche bag coach of theirs and his giant mouth should give us plenty of motivation.

With a bat? Broom? Stick?

Maybe we set a trap with some poison so they'll never come back.

Run 14 up the middle. The smallest guy on the team left last year, so we found the next smallest guy on the team to do it.

Stop the run .
I'd say this pretty much nails it. Although, with Potts probably out, you might not even need to do that much to win. Our other good RBs are freshman and undersized, and our older, bigger backs aren't any good. You shouldn't need to sell out to stop our run, just focus on it a little more and you'll realize you don't need to defend the pass - at least not with our current QB. If we start doing the wildcat a lot, then I have no idea how it'll go. But based on watching you guys against MSU and Michigan, you should win handily.

We can't write anything in a book yet. We managed to lose to Minnesota with half a team last year and we've made many a average QB look like Joe Montana before. I have a decent feeling we will win as of today though.

If your serious please explain how ?
They are down their top 2 running backs. Without a run game, their passing game is pretty bad. This Tanner Morgan is not the 2019 version who was amazing. Our defense will bottle them up all night. They are not comparable to Oklahoma, Michigan state or Michigan on offense. We should shut them down.

As long as our offense does well enough to score some points, we will win by a couple tds at least, if not more. IMHO.

week 0 was a pretty brutal bed crapping
Yeah, and I'm not trying to make fun or get people worked up, but as a non-Nebraska fan, that was an entertaining game to say the least. I mean, that first punt return...how do you not laugh at a Three Stooges play like that? And then the Martinez fumble right before halftime. Again, I'm sure it stinks from your guys' perspectives, but it was a really entertaining game to the rest of the viewers lol.
