I know, that's not very much. Frost got out coached. Altitude is a pathetic excuse.

So TO was pathetic when he talked about how difficult it was adjusting to the humidity in the 1984 Orange Bowl? Got it.

The Olympic training facility is at that altitude for a reason. A mile up isnt bad if you've trained in it. It's not the only reason we were gassed but you cannot deny it most likely had an effect.

Nebraska won plenty of games in Boulder in the past....and Boulder's elevation hasn't changed since the Osborne/Solich/Pelini (all of whom won their final games in Boulder) eras.

Sort of. You train at altitude for endurance, so your muscles and lungs adjust to the lower oxygen levels.

Athletes who play in short burst sports aren’t nearly as affected as endurance sports.

If altitude is such an equalizer why aren’t the Broncos, Nuggets, Jazz and Rockies winning at a better clip?
