We need a guy who has won a NC as a DC on a staff and has other blood blood coaching experience. Someone who has coached in the pro's and has some ties to NJ. Most of all, someone who interviews really well and we can get fairly cheaply since he is already getting paid by three organizations.

I would take Flood back on OL in a heartbeat.

In theory I absolutely agree. If Flood didnt have the STAIN he has at Rutgers...on paper getting an OL coach with his credentials would be a freakin DREAM hire. but, facts are, he is completely stained as far as RU hiring him

similar applies to Ash. On paper has more than enough qualifications for the job. and didnt have the stain that Flood had here. but truth is.... I would burn all of my RU gear in a gigantic bonfire if RU even thought of hiring that arrogant dismissive douchbag. F' Ash. and F' Al for even mentioning his name.

Exactly. Never understood the lumping Flood in with Ash. Ash was way worse. Flood has the highest winning percentage since Frank Burns

Flood coasted and feed off the fat of others hard work. Once the food source began to dry up, we saw he couldn't fend for himself and he started our famine. He gutted the program in 4 yrs.
